"Go easy on me." -dub!Ryoma (in a way that I think was slightly sketchy)
As a break from leveling (again) in FFXII, I've acquired and been playing Okami. I still love the art, largely because it's different and stylized in a good way. I've just gone through Oni Island (oh, did those "races" make me want to keysmash...). Waka...well, I'm definitely agreeing with Issun's opinion more than anything else. I'm thinking that the clovers that have to be dug up and then Bloomed are perhaps the most amusing self-reference. And it makes me giggle inwardly that one of the God Techniques involves peeing on your enemy in order to gain Demon Fangs.
On a more real life front, I graduated a bit over a week ago. I'm pretty sure most folks that read this would already know that, but given it's graduation it's something that I should mention. Weather was lovely (until the sun came out from behind the clouds) if a bit warm for black grad robes. But I've my diploma in hand these days if I really need it, so hurrah.
I've been doing some unpacking, which means my room is therefore a mess. I've been culling some of my books to because, uh, I just don't have enough room on my bookshelf for all the books I own. AGAIN. This is why I want to be able to dedicate a room to being a library one day. Especially because I'd be able to not store manga in boxes anymore...
And, so I don't forget, the cosplay to-do list for Otakon:
1) Haruhi wig (style)
2) Haruhi jacket (patch iron-on, shoulder pads, buttons)
3) Hyoutei shirt (black painted lines, white circle)
4) new white shorts for PoT cosplay?
5) primp Fuji wig
