Yesterday when I was at Walden Books I saw a book called "What Your Birthday Says About You," so I started looking up people's birthdays, and really it was quite accurate. I started to look up JE birthdays, but I didn't have time. So now I'm looking at this website about birthdays and some horoscope compatibility. It's pretty accurate, but I always take this stuff with a grain of salt. It's just fun to read. So I'm doing JE compatibilities along with my commentary. Let's see how our favorite pairings do!
Koyama + Shige=Taurus + Cancer: Both must adjust to many shifts in mood, but have a good time together. Taureans are more grounded while Cancers are more emotional. Cancers are intrigued by Taureans born between April 30 and May 10 (aka Koyama, May 1) because their quick wit appeals to them. The two will make excellent friends and enjoy going out and meeting people. They both love to expand their circle of friends, but choose more home-based entertainment which draws others to them. Basically, this pairing is very compatible.
Are we suprised? They're best friends! Yay, though! Go KoyaShige! I think this is amazingly true for them. Both of them seem like the types to want to go out and make new friends, and I do remember reading about how they like to watch movies at home. Who wouldn't want to be friends and hang out watching DVD's?
Yamapi + Toma=Aries + Libra: These two signs are opposites. Libra isn't as decisive as Aries, who likes to make quick decisions even at the risk of being wrong. Libra likes to see things from different perspectives, which can sometimes drive the Aries crazy. Both very sociable, but Aries prefers to skim the surface and move on while Libra explores conversations and personalities. Unique friendships develop with Libras born between October 4 and October 13 (Toma=October 7). A sense of duty may undermine the relationship at some point, though. If this duty is going to work, the feelings between them must be completely transparent in order for it to work.
This was interesting because Aries and Libra are exact opposites on the zodiac, so I thought they'd be a good match. But it's very close, isn't it? Especially about Aries. Yamapi is a very decisive person--last night I watched that show where he said he likes girl who can really make decisions--and does skim the surface. We all know that it takes him awhile to get to know someone. The work thing was amazingly close. And Toma explores personalities? Cool.
Tegoshi + Massu=Scorpio + Cancer: People with the same elements feel comfortable with each other. Both signs are sensitive, emotional, and caring. Scorpios are very demanding while Cancers are very giving, and this can be problematic if they can't compromise. Cancers are very flexible, though, and can comfortably adjust to Scorpio's will. A very spiritual-based connection with Scorpio being a mentor.
Oh, this is so right on. Tegoshi, we all know, loves to have attention and is demanding. And Massu is very giving and generous. I remember Keii-chan talking about Massu giving birthday presents. Scorpio a mentor? Maybe a singing mentor, although I think Massu's a pretty good singer already. Anyway, I think it's a good team combination.
Yamapi + Ryo-chan=Aries + Scorpio: A very unique and intense combination. Aries likes to be centre stage and the leader, and Scorpio will let them be...for awhile. Then they'll steal the spotlight by stealth. Opinions can sometimes clash intensely because each sign is very determined and forceful. Scorpio can inspire Aries to look beneath the surface of life. Scorpios born between October 24 and November 4 (Ryo-chan=November 3) will definitely clash. Both love to irritate each other and prove each other wrong.
HAHAHA, THIS IS SO TRUE! Yamapi is the leader of NEWS, but everyone says Ryo-chan is the "unofficial" leader of NEWS. And yeah, Yamapi likes to be the centre of attention. And yes, Ryo-chan does steal the spotlight by stealth. Both are very forceful, but I've never seen them argue before. Perhaps they do this behind-the-scenes even though it's said Yamapi hardly gets angry.
Ryo-chan + Uchi=Scorpio + Virgo: Both signs are very demanding in their own ways. Scorpio loves to battle in confrontational way while Virgo battles rationally, courteously and unassumingly. Virgos can get irritated by Scorpios who don't seem to show them consideration, while Scorpios get tired of Virgos analyzing issues. They can be great business partners. The relationship has to be built and worked on in order for it to work. Those Virgos born between September 3 and September 12 (Uchi=September 10) make the best Virgo friends for Scorpios. Same goes for Scorpios born between November 3 and November 12.
I'm not quite sure of Uchi's personality, but this is a weird description of them. It's kind of weird that they're even friends, but sure enough they're really good friends. Business partners? That's interesting. They might have to work on their friendship for it to work, but it's good that they're compatible somewhat.
I also did my compatibility with Toma and News. I'm a Pisces, so I'm compatible with Shige, Massu, Ryo-chan, and Tegoshi. That's because Shige and Massu are both Cancers and Ryo-chan and Tegoshi are Scorpios. Meaning we're all water signs. But strangely, I was most compatible with Koyama to the point where it said this is a good marriage match. Also, not as strange, Ryo-chan is a good match. Toma and I are somewhat compatible, but not the best match (this also applies to Eiji since his birthday is October 8). And as for me and Yamapi, well, we're doomed to fight. LOL. We'd have a physical connection (mehehe), but clash a lot. That's probably because we're the first and last signs of the zodiac. Aries is the first and Pisces the last. As for friendship, I'd get along with everyone. No surprise there as I really hate conflict.
Me + Toma=Pisces + Libra: Relationship can go one of two ways--love each other or be totally confused by each other. Pisces are very emotional and intuitive and live in an inner world of ideas while Libra prefers the everyday world. They might find non-verbal Pisces strange. Libras need constant social activity, but Pisces like to have their alone time. Libras born between October 4 and October 13 are not the best combo. They're not always steady about the way they express their feelings. Pisces born between February 19 and February 28/29 (i.e. ME) are not run-of-the-mill people and Libras may not be able to fit them into their way of thinking.
Very confusing. It's kind of a 50/50 thing, isn't it. But it looks like if you can work on the relationship, the two signs could totally be together. I think it's a lot of give and take here. Hmm...I'm really not sure about this. As friends, even close friends, it might work.
Me + Yamapi=Pisces + Aries: Naturally attracted to each other, but after awhile it gets old. The way you meet may be mysterious or unusual. Pisces is a water sign and can extinguish Aries' fire or the reverse can happen and the fire can boil the water. Both signs can have major impacts on each other's personalities. Aries is a go go go person while Pisces likes to occasionally do nothing. Troubles ahead with Aries born between March 30 and April 10 (Yamapi=April 9) because you don't see eye-to-eye. In fact, Aries may be drained by their presence. Pisces loves unconditionally, and that can be more than Aries is prepared to reciprocate.
Ahahaha, guess Pi and I aren't suited for each other. We might be pretty good friends (after all, he gets along okay with Kame who is also a Pisces two days younger than me), but not much more than that. I kind of knew this anyway, since I have a friend who's just like this. She's very intense and rushes headfirst into things, and it's very irritating to me sometimes. Still, I do have a lot of the same viewpoints as Pi, so I don't think this is all about compatibility. I think as far as friends go, we'd be pretty good friends.
Me + Koyama=Pisces + Taurus: Destined to become excellent friends, which will be clear even at the first meeting. Pisces is an area of fulfillment to Taurus which promises closeness. Primarily a match of companionship, it's possible to fall in love which will fulfill Taurus. Pisces is more airy than Taurus who is very grounded, but each sign can teach the other. Pisces can teach about trust and opening up while Taurus can help keep a Pisces on the ground. Taurus is very practical and likes routine and can make decisions without difficulty. Pisces have a strong inclination and even marriage ties with Taureans born between April 30 and May 10. It's a good match and has very passionate flavour. May sometimes be at odds, though, because they're not terribly practical.
Yay! I just knew I could be friends with Keii-chan. He's very much the kind of person I like to hang out with out. But it looks like Pisces fulfills Taurus more than Taurus fulfills Pisces. I wonder if, because I'm supposedly MORE of a Pisces than other Pisces, this would be a problem. I doubt it. But I object to being called impractical. I am so practical. You have to figure in life experiences to this thing, too, and I was definitely raised to be practical. Okay, not all the time...XD Anyway, I also thought I was compatible with Keii-chan when I read that article about what kind of relationship he'd like and it really fit with the kind of relationship I'd like to have.
Me + Shige/Massu=Pisces + Cancer: Quite easy to slip into. Very emotionally compatible. The connection could be apparent the moment you lay eyes on each other. You instinctively understand each other, being both caring, supportive, and intuitive. Cancer is more practical and family-oriented while Pisces sees the whole world as family. Cancer is very moody and sometimes hold grudges, while Pisces can let stuff go easily. Best match is Cancers born between July 4 and July 13 (Shige=July 11, Massu=July 4) with excellent long-term prospects. But be careful, since these Pisces can be very impractical.
Okay, first of all, I live with a Cancer, so I know just how moody they can be. I might be able to understand them better, but it doesn't mean I like that kind of personality. Shige is very artistic, as am I. He often talks about how he likes his alone time, and I can totally respect that. But dudes, I am not attracted to either Shige or Massu. As friends, it would be awesome. I have a couple of friends who are Cancers, and we get along famously. But only as friends. Also, I'm a lot like Cancers, and why the heck would I want to be with someone who's almost exactly like me? I'd want to pound my head against the wall.
Me + Ryo-chan/Tegoshi=Pisces + Scorpio: A special, even magical union that most only dream about. Both signs have very powerful emotional energies and an overwhelming amount of uninhibited passion and love. In the way of Sun signs, Scorpio is most suited to Pisces because Pisces understands Scorpio intuitively and once they work their way into the Scorpio psyche, the Scorpio will fall head over heels for them. Scorpio is very practical and will ground you in the best possible way. Pisces will be able to smooth the Scorpio's emotional storms of inner passion and intensity and can manage the sometimes intense and sarcastic way they deal with things. Easy to build relationships with Scorpios born between November 3 and November 12 (Ryo-chan=November 4, Tegoshi=November 11).
Whoa. This is...whoa. Okay, first of all: Tegoshi=Little Brother to me. Fun to play with, but not to date. And I'm really THAT compatible with Ryo-chan? I can definitely see Ryo-chan being passionate (you can always see it when he performs) and probably intense and emotional. And he's definitely sarcastic. But me? Being able to get into his pysche? And soothing his emotional storms? Hahaha. Actually, I might be able to do that, but it's still funny. Very intense and passionate, it seems. If you like that kind of stuff. Not sure if I really would like that.
FYI, I don't take this as absolute truth. I think love and friendship isn't about compatibility, but also about who you are as a person and what your experiences have made you. Not everyone is right for each other, though something may say they are. Sometimes opposites attact and sometimes they don't. Sometimes people who are incredibly compatible just aren't attracted to each other or one isn't attracted to another. It really depends on who you and where you are in your life. Still, it's fun to look at these because a lot of it does apply to how people are.
Ja ne!
