Dorms--oops. I mean..."residence halls."
Hey gang. I have to say, I really love the U. Alot. It's so laid back and comfy. The dorms are good, too. Last night, I climbed in this asian kid's (his name is Chen, and he knows matt dai, and doesnt like Bo Peng, because his mother compares him to him too often) room, and we played halo until 2 am. And then we hooked up the t.v. to the cable, and searched for anime. I can't believe adult swim didn't have ANY on. WTF are you trying to pull, cartoon network? Don't give me courage the cowardly dog! Nobody likes that show. Take it off the air.
So, I mean, it's fun. Chen is living in Chapel Glen on the 2nd floor, so we'll probably have halofests every now and then (in HIS room, em, so you don't have to put up with me screaming "DIE CHEN!") And...yeah. I think I can make it here.
I'm going to study anthropology. I talked to this redheaded junior about it. She's doing the exact same thing I am--except a triple major--Anthropology, History, and French---so she can do archaeology in Italy. While I'm not THAT interested in classical history/archaeology, and think i'm going into middle eastern studies with international relations AND archaeology. At least...for right now.
Gotta be upstairs...erm, five minutes late.
