job update
I have no idea how the interview went. They seemed to like my teaching demo, but I couldn't tell what they thought of my sentence explainations. (They gave me 5 broken sentences and asked me to explain what was wrong with them, and how I would explain the errors to a student).
The Dean seemed impressed that I had my CV, letters of recomendation, unofficial transcripts, and application with me (even though they asked me to bring all of that). She also seemed really impressed that I know web design. At the end of the interview she mentioned they may have a night class open as well, and if I would be available for that too... So that seemed good, but their response to the sentence test was hard to gauge.
I hate interviews.... But at least I know what to expect in my next interview. Sadly I just realized that the PCA conference starts on wednesday, not thursday like last year. So I'll have to miss a class (if I get the job). I guess I could stick with my arriving on thrusday plan and miss the first day (and the first half of the second day)
