Another illness update. Mom's doing better, she should be back to her old self in another couple of days. Rascal and Baxter-the two family dogs, a pair of mini dachshund brothers, were depressed the first few days of their mom's sickness. Especially Rascal, who clung to Mom like Velcro. A quick update before I go exercise. Apparently my mom has strep throat. Fun times. I remember having it oh, somewhere between 12-20 years ago (god, now I feel OLD) and no, it was Not Fun. Honestly? I don't know which was worse, the strep throat or the pneumonia.
ANYWAY. I hope she gets better soon. Strep is nothing to mess around with.
