Seriously non-productive..
So, I am trying to get a more permanent role with my employer which requires submitting a resume - but I am too busy not doing my job to get that done. My position has recently been posted for a permanent role and this week the collection of applicants resumes is being distributed to the hiring committee and I have not yet applied. Here is the part where we fully rely on God - I just don't have what it takes to make this one happen on my own.
I need to write that this is the time when I know my husband is one of the special one's - I can work all night long and he will pick up any slack for me. So next time I complain about him will someone remind me?
Hey, great news - my best friend from Graduate school and I are going to get together soon. I love her and she encourages me to follow my own trail and fly my own kite. I love telling people she got a master's degree in Country Music (that was her first one) her second is going to be in history and country music - how cool is that???
Other great news - I got invited to a card party on Friday night - bring it on, I love cards!!! and I love the person who invited me.
Finally - Friends, please write, I want to know how you are.
