So, since I couldn't be on the other coat for Rib-Off Three, I had my own little cook time. Fired up the grill and made:
- 1 rack, baby-back ribs - sweet, smoky sauce with spicy finish
- 6 ears of corn - rubbed with garlic/pepper/oregano/salt mix
- 3 chicken breasts - later sliced for burritos with grilled onions, salsa, and sour cream
- 3 eggplants, sliced - treated with oil and vinegar, with garlic, oregano, dill, and thyme mix
- potato salad - loaded style

Yeah, I'd say I made up for it.
