(no subject)
Its been so long since I have updated. So much has been going on, my life is crazy once again (and always im pretty sure). Matt came to visit and it was so much fun, but i am still dealing with the aftermath of all the partying and not sleeping that went on. I have been sick for the last week and a half. School started again, but I have yet to go because of being sick. I talked to a friend from my design class and I was reminded that my senior thesis is due in 4 weeks. My senior thesis, the single most important project of my life that is going to determine who is going to hire me, what kind of architecture i am going to be doing and all that good stuff. And yeah, due in 4 weeks. I havent worked on it since before Matt got here so im getting a bit stressed out. On the plus side, I have met someone who is really awesome and I am really excited to see how things work out. I have been so busy that I havent really gone out looking for anyone special but after one drunken night i got up the guts to tell him I had a crush on him and he told me he liked me too. So out of the blue now I have an interest. Crazy how things work. I know this post seems scattered but I am trying to think of iportant things to say while I am waiting for my friend to pick me up and get something to eat haha.
I saw The Ring 2. It was ok, the first was much scarier and I dont really like the supernatural stuff of this one (like the weird TV scene at the end). I also saw Sin City, and for the first time in my life I was disgusted by violence in a movie. And I can take a lot. The animation was incredible, and the minor details are really good like the use of color and how someone who has on a colored dress loses the color when they walk making it seem like she is walking in shadows. I think i need to see it again after the inital shock of the violence to appreciate it. Oh and the hookers rock in that movie.
Im going to have to do a lot of reading and writing essays this quarter. Great. Just what i want to do, more writing.
Oh and I have gotten into Desperate Housewives. I love it so much. I boycotted it at first because it took Alias's time slot on sunday, but after i thought about it and realized that Alias was moved to a better time slot and I watched one of the episodes, I kinda liked it more. I have watched up to episode 12 in 3 days haha, I am downloading the others right now. Oh and Grey's Anatomy, the show after Desperate Housewives, is also really good so I will watch that one too. Its a doctor show though and they have been really overdone so we will see how much my liking of it lasts.
Hmm what else. Oh yeah! My sister is pregnant and got married!! Its so exciting! Her and Lucas, her husband, asked me to be the godfather which is exciting!
