Dinner tonight: chilled broiled marinated broccoli. One word, yum. I'm still figuring out the recipe that the rebbetzin at Chabad uses, but it's very close and equally as yummy!
Yeah, I rock.
3 stalks of broccoli, washed, soaked and cut
grease baking sheet (I use the non-fat spray stuff)
place broccoli on sheet and lightly coat with olive oil
bake at 400F for about 45 minutes
broil for 30 minutes
in a bowl combine:
soy sauce
worchester sauce
honey
garlic
red wine vinegar
tiny bit of oil
After broccoli has cooled, put in bowl with marinade, mix thoroughly, refrigerate for an hour
Enjoy! Beteavon!
