Yeah, that’s basically how it goes. Got a motto letter from my OSO, good stuff in it. A few guys that were at OCS with me, but in the Senior Co. are now 2nd Lt.’s and working in the office with the Captain and the Gunny, should be a blast for them. As for me and life, we are going to connect sooner or later… probably just as smooth as a dump truck backing up into a nitroglycerin factory. Yep, but that’s life and that’s how it goes for everyone else too.
Classes are alright, some seem pointless, others … not so bad, but I know from the get go, if I do the readings in the book, AND listen to the lectures, I’ll get mixed information. RAing is fun, mostly being with the residents and having a good time. 3 new staff members put a crazy spin on things. Other than that, stuff at eastern is quiet.
Can’t wait to see Moira, sounds like she is growing up really fast (*sigh*) way to make people feel old kid ;) But, hopefully I can find Meg somewhere in this crazy world and we can hit up the clubs or something… and by that I mean hangout with Moira. I get to run away from Eastern for a while on a 4 day weekend and be with Lynn (YAY) that will be a real nice change from hiding in my room from the cruel world that is just outside the door (ok, its not that bad.) Speaking of which, we get to go to a masquerade dance at school (hopefully this one is not as crazy as the Magestry one [too many vampires!] )
