Fox in the bayou
Man I'm -beat- At the tail end of my business trip to New Orleans, sitting in the airport waiting on my flight home. I came here for a convention for the company who created a lot of the software things run on at work.
Been working non-stop it feels like, even if I'm in New Orleans. Between taking notes at lots of meetings and being and call and fixing things at work remotely, barely had any time. We did end up having dinner on Bourbon St. yesterday which was pretty cool. When we first got there it was light out and it didn't seem like there was many people around so I was wondering what was so special about it. As soon as the sun went down though the street exploded and there was people -everywhere-, even on a Monday night. So yeah, we just chilled on a balcony above the street and got drunk, was a pretty fun time :3 So at least there was one highlight.
So tired now, really wish I could call off work tomorrow seeing as I wont get home till close to midnight prolly. Eep, boarding time, laters ;3
