More on Terry Jones
People in Mulberry, where Terry Jones is planning to burn 1000 Korans, are rising up in protest against his bigotry. I hope that the protests become ubiquitous in that area... so much so that Jones is embarrassed into leaving Polk County. Maybe we'd get lucky in that his followers would leave to.
Uggh. Well, for anyone who reads this but doesn't know how Jones is situated, I suggest that you look up "7 Mountains Mandate", "New Apostolic Reformation", and Christian Dominionism. He's of the Todd Bentley and C. Peter Wagner stripe... all are connected and part of the same organization.
He's got his defenders posting comments on that news story... and when you realize that they're the same sort that torched my workshop... no wonder I'm scared to live in this hellhole. (Rumor at one time was that he was considering our immediate area... and for all I know may actually live near us. After all, there WERE some "Christian Identity" groups within a mile of our house, and he strikes me as that type of bigot.)
I just wish we could get the message to the Islamic World... that those people are as much of a threat to us (and to Americans in general) as they are to Muslims.
