Changes and ponderings
No I'm not employed yet, that's not the change I'm referring too.
Recently the minister of my church, The Unitarian Universalist Church of Flint, left us for more familiar surroundings, and to be blatantly honest a metric ass load more money, in Baltimore. So we are currently searching for a new minister, and I've been put on the search committee. We expect to install him/her/them by Memorial Day 2011, if we're lucky.
Some questions for my loyal readers:

What was the transition period like for you?
How much input did you have in the choice of the new spiritual leader?
