Very little this week as my returning energy is going to work first and blogging second.

I put some final comments on Tari Tari together, and also commented on how rewatchable Bodacious Space Pirates is (very as it happens).

The only other thing is comment about the subtler misogyny implied by the Seanan McGuire thing.

With transcendancing's help I finished the semi-ranty post on Bumper Sticker Feminism.  I'm still not entirely happy with it, but it will do for now as a statement of where I stand.

I spent a good chunk of the last week watching, and greatly enjoying Hanasuku Iroha on CrunchyRoll.  Along the way I mused a bit about CrunchyRoll, and how I love living in the future.  NB: I still want my jet pack, so long as no one else gets one. :) I'm currently watching Sora no Woto (aka The Sound of the Sky), and should finish that this week ( Read more... )

On ANZAC Day I acknowledged the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Sunda Strait.

Very little to report this week.  I reviewed the frustratingly cut short Strange Dawn, and running into the end of a Dead Fic irritated me no end.

After consulting with dalekboy and the Continuum committee chair I posted an eligibility/rules clarification for the Chronos Awards regarding collected works.
