I suspect that anyone reading this is intelligent enough to figure these things out, but...

1. Wash your hands. Use any type of soap (even toothpaste works). Wash for about 15 seconds. Do so before eating, after riding BART or Muni, when you get home, etc.

2. Don't go to the hospital unless you absolutely need to EVEN IF YOU HAVE MILD COLD/FLU

ooh, or maybe he completely closed off his nasal passages with that neato expanding crack filling foam stuff!

in the cath lab, when someone put on a mask like that, we'd tell them they had nose bra fail.
