So, after reading this post by author Rachel Aaron, I decided to give her spreadsheet method a shot, and keep track of my writing habits in an effort to maximize productivity.

Unfortunately, I got sick so I didn't get much out of this month, but there's still some interesting data.

So, I got a clear four hours doing nothing but setting up camp at Starbucks, and I got SO MUCH work done. I got over 2.2k done on a fic, 1.2k done on the novel, plus a decent amount of outlining on another fic. I am the fucking superman of productivity.

Somehow I just spent the whole damned day (minus a few hours for a walk and lunch) writing novels notes back and forth with cinnamonical about this insane Tiger & Bunny AU plot that's pretty much taken on a life of its own, AND IT WAS GLORIOUS.

Typo of the Day:

"I bed your pardon?"

So, in my internet wanderings, I found an interesting post on a writer's blog.

I think my single most common typo is writing 'would' instead of 'wouldn't'.

It's also the one I'm most likely to miss when editing my stuff. *facepalm*

I know I've been MIA for a while, sorry about that! My computer had a meltdown sometime around... April? And I got so busy with work and other stuff that I kind of forgot to poke my head in once I got the ol' computer fixed.
