Incredibly intensive back pain when I bend over lately. Sometimes the lower spinal discs will lock on me and then I can't steady my balance and boom, I'm on the floor. It happened to me a few years ago while at the mall with my mom and brother. Two days ago this exact predicament happened to me again and boom, I was on the floor. The kitchen floor to be exact. I had to yell for a little help and dad came running but when he saw me laughing while staring at the ceiling he calmed down and lifted me up off the damned floor of the damned kitchen.
Yesterday was painful while babysiting. Tried to sit on the couch and rest my back between getting food for kids or helping them find something or hook a console up... but no, the son was a complete brat and got on top of the garage roof saying that his dad let him do that all the time and I told him NO. He got up there anyway, so when he got down I tried sending him to his room. Took about a half-hour or so just to get him to sit still and be quiet for twenty minutes. So no back rest for me. I hate just sitting there watching TV with the kids. I try and do things with them but that day after falling on the kitchen floor... ugh. Massive pain all day yesterday.
Today I took the kids to the zoo. Actually made my back feel a little bit better while walking around, climbing stairway trails and not bending over and stuff. Our zoo is so pathetic... by golly does it need some help. I would rather see a small zoo with few quality habitats for the animals, than a large zoo that has a whole bunch of meager habitats that seem to drive the animal insane. The animals are always asleep, especially the bears and the large cats. Why are they asleep? Because they're HOT. There's hardly any shade. I've been to a few gorgeously wonderful zoos where the habitats are spectacular and the number of exhibits is far less than 100 at least and I enjoyed that zoo more than our boring zoo of 300 hot sweaty animals that aren't exercized and are always lying in the concrete dens. >_<
Quality over quantity here people! I'm sure the animals would enjoy some more room to STRETCH. Those poor bald eagles especially.. small boring enclosure with no toys or room to fly.
Okay there. Today's rant is over.
On the plus side, I got paid today for the babysitting of this week. $102 for 17 hours. Woot! Don't need to buy gas for another week or so, so I am gonna bank that shiz. I know, I know, it's not much really, but it is considerable considering the fact that babysitting weeks are usually only $30-40 total.
Okay it is soooo zonk time for me. It was a completely tiring day. I'm about to waffle-face myself right here and now....seriously.. ckd imlfxkj
