I totally intended to open up this year with a 2011 fic-round-up post and a list of new year's resolution. I had it all planned out right up to the part where I picked up a foul cold over Christmas that I'm still getting over.

My family had the same cold over about a week and are still talking admiringly about my immune system. ::sigh::

My sleeping patterns are killing me. Anyone have any suggestions how to 'gently' suggest to my body that it is time for sleep? I've run through most of the quasi meditation, tried going for walks and reading and nothing works.
