Another drive-by posting. First off, I am now the proud owner of a cell phone. Yea! Bit the bullet and joined the 21st century. Too bad no one ever actually calls me....maybe they would if I called them. :D
I got promoted at work--no longer a lowly cashier, but a proud customer service rep (something like that...I don't remember the whole job title). 20 cents more an hour but the percentage of angry and stupid people is going to be infinitely higher. And the percentage of entitled and stupid people is already inordinately high. I went on a whole rant today about one very rude, very entitled lady at work. Came this (imagine finger and thumb held really close together) close to swearing at her, but I didn't. I wanted to though. *sigh*
Target was having some pretty good sales on DVDs too--10 episodes of "The Cosby Show" for $1.99; "Firefly" for $16.99; "White Collar" S1 for $14.99.... I bought too much stuff. :D
