Not sure why I am posting. Nothing to tell, really. August is such a boring month!
Work is closing in again and I'm starting to crave for holidays once more. Thank all gods September is almost here!
Friday I finally watched BIG FISH and I cried like a fountain. When the movie was over I was trying to discuss it with Highlander and just couldn't... because I was sobbing ridiculously! I went to bed instead.
Saturday I went to a retro bar in Lisbon, called Foxtrot, with my brother and his girlfriend. So cute, with all the art-deco furniture and posters, like a Stella Mayfair fantasy. I almost felt like getting a fringed dress and a garçonne hair-cut (NOT!) I had a lovely Margarita.
Sunday it was jogging time in the morning and beach time in the afternoon. The water temperature was perfect and the waves were just the way I like them. I forgot my Eco at home so I got a bit bored while Highlander read his Crusades adventures on his towel.
Monday we had national holiday so I stayed home and cooked and ironed like there is no tomorrow.
