weekend nights
Somehow my social life seems to be improving...
Saturday I introduced my Highlander to the pleasures of sushi. I was afraid he didn't like it, being an all meat-man, but he surprised me! A friend of mine had invited us to share a special discount coupon of 70 euros at a fancy Japanese restaurant and that bought us lots of raw fish, I tell you!
I love sushi, but even if I didn't, I would eat it just the same! Everything was so beautiful and shiny and... well, my plate looked like a garden! I was afraid to ruin it by eating those lovely fish flowers!
Sunday night our highschool group crashed at Ed's to see some videos we used to make back then: school projects, plays, interviews.... all sort of silly things.
The star of the night is always a project we did about World War II for History class when we were only 15. It's hysterical! I was director, writer, actress, hairdresser and now I just watch and laugh... I particularly was very a lovely german peasant girl! I cannot believe the way had my hair in those days!
But Ed had a surprise for us. He just bought on e-bay the first Dracula movie ever made with Bela Lugosi on super 8! It's was great to watch it on the wall, with dreadful sound and a very blurry sepia image. Just beautiful
