Ok, *gets on soapbox*, folks, this is why Forever 21 is a place I will never shop at: Look for Less? or Copyright Infringement? I am 100% behind getting fashion design covered by copyright law. This is why. Ethical Style did a good post on the issue couple years back. I continue to get really annoyed when fashion gets left out from the category of artistic merit. Couture or fast fashion, there is still lots of work that goes into it.
