6. First Encounter: I needed a new book to read and the cover of Lost Souls looked interesting so I bought it. It got me hooked right quick. ;)
7. Compare Rice to Brite: I prefer Poppy by far. Anne Rice has a talent, but I feel she goes into too much detail... or maybe there's just not the same eroticism level. ;)

Has anything in your life mirrored an event in a book or story?: Well, in my mum's place, while reading Drawing Blood I got up to pee and realised my bathroom was set up exactly like the bathroom in the book and that my boyfriend was in the room behind the wall the bath was on.... kinda creeped me out a whole lot.... *shivers*
12. Do you know anyone like a character from a book or story?: I wish!
13. Do you wish anything in a book or story would happen to you or anyone else?: *thinks* Well, in Exquisite Corpse... naw, that's too mean... or not mean enough. ;)

What would you like to see from Poppy in the future?: Well, I haven't read Plastic Jesus yet, but from the sounds of it, it doesn't seem like her typical horror work, and I do very much enjoy the horror. Not to mention that perverted almost guilty feeling you get when you find yourself smiling after reading a particularly obscene sex/murder part. hehehe.
