Almost Halloween!
Well, ok, technically it IS Halloween, but I haven't gone to bed yet, so it doesn't count! hehe. Just watched Shrek. I LIKED that movie a whole lot!! It was awesome. James came over and watched it with us, which was cool. I was wondering whether he was ok after how drunk he got Saturday night! LOL.
Work tonight sucked, but what else is new. It's work! lol. At least one of the customers gave me a purple candy cane! How does that saying go? "Always take candy from strangers!" hehehehe. *remembers a rather amusing Kids in the Hall skit involving the line "Always put salt in your eyes"* Guys are always buying or giving me stuff at work. Both workplaces, too. One guy bought me Caramilk pumpkins, another bought me some Mini eggs around Easter, an old guy gave me a rare American quarter, I got a $5 tip once... Pretty cool. :) Those kinds of people really do make up for the complete assholes out there. And there are a lot of them.
October just pulled something out of the garbage again. I have to stop letting my cats get away with so much.
Mike and James are playing a racing game on the PS2 (which is due back tomorrow) Star Wars Super Bombad Racing. Some chibi racing game. Kinda cool that they're all chibis.
I'm all happy with the one tattoo design I have. I haven't finished inking it, but I think it looks ok so far. I have until next October to design it, so I'll probably make a hundred more I'll like better by then. Of course I'd like to have a bunch for them to choose from.
We got approved for our new computer, so I'm all excited. I now get my own computer!!! Well, actually I think we're sharing both of them. One in the room and one out here in the living room. We have a cable splitter and an extra length of cable. I'm going to be reorganizing the bedroom (prob tomorrow to keep my energy level from making me bounce off the walls), and hopefully we'll be able to take apart the bed and get rid of the mattress and box spring since I managed to break both of them... Then rearranging the room will be easier. I'd like to put the long dresser against the wall right beside the door (or close to) so we can run the cable through the hole already there and put this computer and the old small tv on it. I'll have to move all my make-up and jewelry, but I need to reorganize it, anyway. Maybe I can work out a better system for it. I was thinking possibly just shelving at a dresser height so it's not actually taking up any floor space except where the chair is. I need some thing to put my heads on, too. My wigs are just kind of trailing on the dresser top and that's not good. :\ Anyhoo, enough cablabber for now. :)
