Creepy Statue
I was at the Food Co-op down on 6th Avenue and I noticed this creepy statue standing outside. It's got to be by the same artist who did the ones by the police station in Wapato Park, and I wanted to share the nightmare fuel with all of you lovely people:
I'm not taking bets on when this thing comes to life and goes on a murder spree, but if I were I'd wager it'd be soon. Very soon.
Close up of the hands. Why are two hands wax? Why is only that one metal hand defined?
Another view from the side. I'm not sure if that's supposed be a hat on its head (turned sideways) or not, but that's what it reminds me of. Sweet dreams!
In non-freaktastic news I perused the Kink Meme prompts and remained uninspired, which is probably good news for my BB and MTB challenges. I did sit down and churn out 254 words on the next chapter of The Devil Don't Live Here, which I was not expecting. I have a vague idea for where I want to go with it, but if any of you who've read it want to give me ideas feel free!
