(no subject)
Well. Back at uni. I can't put my finger on it, but it feels a little strange. I think the whole "novelty" factor is finally starting to wear off - and it's not that I'm not enjoying it anymore, I think its just something to do with the fact that I felt so much better the second I got home...and now I'm back. It's weird, this whole 2 homes thing. I love it, but I hate it too.
Work starts today. Being ill all last week threw me completely - I was gunna ease myself back into tutorial work, get myself nice and ahead last week...but bam, it's a week later and I've done nothing. But the work is NOT gunna get to me this term - I'm just gunna sit down in-between lectures and do the damn work, and enjoy my evenings. Because I know I work better during the daytime. And if I can almost get a 2:1 with the work I put in last term (which wasn't very impressive), that reassures me a little that I don't need to learn the work in any more detail than I was last term.
Which means one tutorial won't take "two full days" to prepare for. There's no point in reading an entire 40-page case when a headnote (summary) will give me enough detail to answer a question. I just...don't understand why it has to be so traditional and conservative. But I'm gunna do the bare minimum, & it'll be good.
I mean...regular fic/psp/msn breaks are a must right?
