still haven't seen Brick, must put it into netflix queue.

i liked schatze too. in fact, that whole film was one of my childhood favorites. (i was a betty grable fan.) marilyn with or without glasses was glorious.

Yeah, I'll be very interested to see what you think of Brick. Have you been warned about the language yet?

Me toooooooooo ... childhood fav, I mean. Not so much with the Betty Grable but on this last viewing (I bought it too) I was mildly shocked at the lewd things she said. *lol*

Gaahhhhhhhh, I love Marilyn with glasses! I only wish they weren't quite so cats eye cos otherwise, man, would I be iconising them in a flash. She's so freaking amazing. *sigh* I'm this close to setting my mind to a Marilyn collection.

oh yes, marilyn was wonderful. i loved her in her movies.

Ah see, no, not rough. Just jargon. The movie totally has a language of its own but if you don't get put off immediately, you totally understand what's being said. Stick with it is what I'm saying. :p The rewards are pretty awesome in terms of cinematography and plot and emotion.
