Catch-all post

Wow, California license is way more impressive than what the state of Arizona issued 2 years ago - that one is just a piece of paper, like the social security card.

I'm sorry I've been neglecting everyone. Chances are this will continue, because I'm still on the wrong side of the Colorado river. We already had the 1st 100 + degree day. In April. "Summer is coming to a desert near you." I am so NOT looking forward to it.

I've been neglecting the online life in general - all the lifeforms - communities, blogs, message boards (with one tiny exception ;-D) etc... didn't even post about the concert I've been waiting to attend for 10 years! The glorious Three Mile Pilot, freshly resurrected, played 3 completely sold-out nights at the Casbah (San Diego) - they had to add the 3rd night after the 1st two sold out well in advance. The 3rd one sold out even faster because it was on Sunday. We went to the 2nd night show. It was bloody perfect, though Pall started to feel some vocal fatigue, and somewhat confusing to see some additional musicians on stage when they played the new songs. The band is now without a label because the Chicago based Touch and Go is folding. Sad times.

neglecting the online life, moving to california, three mile pilot
