Oops guys, I totally had stuff! But oh well, here we go--was ocicatsy's big 2-5, soooo....baked her a Prinsesstårta! Which is basically three layers of sponge cake with raspberry jam/vanilla custard/homemade whipped cream throughout, all covered in MARZIPAN.
