So it may be a really good idea to try and establish motivations here as far as the crime families and accomplices go. We have a lot of characters this time, but the short list would be the Stark family, the Bragnisky family, the Egyptian mafia, La Cosa Nostra and Zek. Individual wants and needs should be considered, but knowing what each family is about would be a realllly good idea.

To give an example: The Stark family is a lot more focused on the preservation of their power in the city and remaining together, as the Russians threatened that to the very core. Any family that comes in may be made an example of. It's their business interests to keep the status quo and not upset the police further if at all plausible, and the current storyline, for them, is their attempt to maintain this.

H-hi people I don't know I'm Spain nice to meet you aaaah ;u;'''

Okay so uh Sicilian mafia. Correct me if anything is horribly wrong, Lovidear, cause I uh. Suck at this. Ahahaha.

So the Cosa Nostra is pretty intent on spreading their reach through America. This much shows through the idea of exports. Boss Antonio has sent Romano to scope the area, and managed to secure a trading partner, as mentioned above. It's a mission from the higher ups, and he's taking it very seriously. At some point in the game, he's planning on joining Romano and Feliciano in America, but currently, he's in Italy, watching over the whole thing like a hawk.

Their mission is to become the dominant family in the area. This will most likely be done pretty slowly, but steadily, as Antonio is smarter than a lot of people think he is. \

I HOPE THIS IS OKAY AND EVERYTHING AAAH IF YOU THINK I'M GODMODDING OR ANYTHING I'M SORRRYYYY /FLAILS LIKE A PORTUGUESE WAIFU

Obviously, Zek's first and foremost goal is power. I imagine he'd be getting a fair amount for his agreement with the Sicilians, and money = power, especially in this City. He might also think that if a new Cosa Nostra comes in and plans on taking over the (incompetent, he thinks) local family, it would be an extremely good idea to ally himself with the new, more powerful family beforehand. (He's still miffed at them for failing miserably with the hit on Shinju.)

Oh, also, I got an idea. Maybe it could be Shinju who points to discrepancies in the records (with some of his employees' or servants' help, obviously) and help the FBI with pinpointing where they need to start looking?

And Sho, despite his ambition, after seeing how the Russian thing turned out, would probably have cooled down a bit and be thinking more along the lines of your idea. Sure he'd love to take everything over, but he's not an idiot, and he definitely sees that the Starks need to maintain their power before they can increase it.

I like the idea of allying with La Cosa Nostra and assuming that they're incompteent and that he can easily dupe them even after letting them take over the city. I'd love to actually see that theory play out between him and Spain - using Romano I don't BLAME him for having that impression first hand.

Shinju helping the FBI would also be lovely - they can be starting to perhaps look into the records and Shinju is curious and ends up going "....uh that ain't right." I assume his memory is quite good for this sort of thing.

I like the idea of Sho having his dad's ambition but Lucifer's ability to be more subtle, on a whole.

Rightso. In typical Momo-form, I have no ideas whatsoever of what to add.

However, I do have another muse if y'all want to use her for something. (and Draco, but whatevs, he's always there.)

Isabelle Lightwood (of the Mortal Instruments book series). Basically, she's a compulsive flirt generally willing to jump into any sort of fight as long as she knows she has some level of a chance and even the rest of the time. She's kinda reckless.

You can check out the profile meme I wrote for her, if you wanna know more. It's more in depth. |D;

I think depending on how we open the storyline may define that, or we could have a scene with them renegotiating what dockspace is and isn't available to LCN - an argument between the two may prompt Spain to get his lazy Spaniard butt over and help to increase general tensions.

As far as connections - if the FBI begins to investigate records, then it makes more sense that they would find out that Zek had connections with LCN but then more may be revealed, as they may be curious if there was a history with organized crime beforehand.

I see Lucifer and Sho very much sharing power when it comes to the Egyptians, because Lucifer's trying to teach by example and is worried about him pulling another Russian stunt. Of course I want Tony involved because DUH he's Tony and he will bring epic, epic lulz. We already established he has IM capabilities ( ... )

Yeah, that sounds like a reasonable idea. :D I'm up for either.

Right, to sort of gather more evidence and such. I guess we can discuss details a bit more later.

Hooray!

And I'm still debating what Zekarion would do once arrested. We've already discussed together about him still being his supernatural self, right? I don't think he'd want to stay in jail when he has the means to get out easily.

Probably an argument getting Spain over would work best for introducing him to the plot. I still don't know what's going on with our FBI agents, but the opening, no matter what it is, will probably be an info dump. Either with Vorenus and Alfred and the FBI or with Zek and Romano. Doing both would be redundant though, as it would contain the same info.

Yeah, the FBI bit should get figured out for that.

Mostly I just want more Stark madness. They're so fun.

I don't think we have, actually? Or if we have it was a VERY long time ago. IDK if you'd prefer to IM over that bit.

Hello hello! I am Tomato, and I will be the resident Marcus and Cleopatra.

Marcus kind of showed up in a thread before, but it was only to bug Vorenus. He's just recently moved to this... city for ~*~politics~*~ and he has an awesome penthouse. You know you are jealous.

Romano and Feliciano are his cousins and often crashes at his place when things go badly. So there could be possible investigations (by police or even other mobs idk) or something into Marcus for LCN connections or even just into Romano being there idk. It's likely they (mostly Romano) could be seen coming and/or going from the penthouse so. Which could make it awkward because Marcus is going to be running for the House of Representatives (to make a DOUBLE TEAM POWER HOUSE with Caesar in the Senate or something).

MORE ABOUT CLEO IN A BIT HURR.

Hey I'm Sara and I play Alfred and Kresnik here.

I have no ideas yet because I'm lame like that, but I'll be happy to offer up my characters for anything.

Kresnik isn't part of the FBI yet though? He won't be until a few years later.
