Urgh... not quite ready to jump back into chaos yet
Today was the information session for the Early Childhood Education program. I rushed over after work as soon as I can, but was still a little late. It was a bigger crowd than I anticipated... The presentation lasted about an hour, with 15 minutes of Q&A. Basically I've learned most of the things from Gigi already, so I was really just there to take it all in. Apparently I have the option of taking some of the supplementary courses before the actual program starts and that sounds like a pretty good idea. I'm still not sure when I'll like to take this program... but I definitely have no plans of starting in September or January.
I kept thinking if it'll do any good if mom was there as well. Sure she'll hear how tough the workload is, but as soon as she hears that it's still possible to start the program in September... well, then I'll be done for. So, I am glad I didn't tell her about it.
This information session also got me digging out my high school transcript and the silly LPI sheet that everyone was worked up about back in high school. I got lucky and got the require score for UBC in one go. Unfortunately... my first choice, UVic, required a perfect score (¬_¬)
Annnd my expensive Ayu 10th anniversary USB has arrived \(^o\) (/o^)/
Ripped it open right away, but having got a chance to actually using it yet. Probably will do that tomorrow. The USB itself is actually less shiny than I picture it to be; or rather, than the promo pictures show it to be.
