 EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

It is time to CELEBRATE! Because I've just gotten back from signing away my life the lease to the beautiful beautiful new rental property. It has been giving me a right headache this past week because I started doubting what I remembered - was it really that spacious and awesome? Was it better than the other place? But then today we opened the door and it was PERFECT - even better than I'd remembered. I'm so excited about the whole deal! Adon and Patrick sat down and started discussing (in order)
1) a projector
2) amplifiers
3) internet connections (we had to talk A down from a 400G one)
4) an awesome set of knives
5) gas/power accounts
and as we were leaving they were getting excited about making it so the airconditioner could be turned on through the internet.

*facepalm*

The only (relative) downside, is that I've just opened my rotations this year to find I've been posted in BUNBURY for ten weeks :S :S. At least its only 1.5 hours away... I'll definitely be coming back on weekends! I don't even know if they'll give me a place in bunbury :S I hope they do because its Surgery, which will probably mean insanely early starts and late nights... sigh...

Rest of the rotations are:
Vasc Surg - back with the old team! Jodie and Jero will probably give me crap for this. I remember they got their intern really involved when I was there as a student, so yay for surgeries! I hope Kishore doesn't grill interns... :S
AAU - I have no idea what this is like, I've only heard its like ED but crazy turnover. I remember Anand said they had two ward rounds everyday... I hope there'll be another intern.
Geris 4B - hopefully this will be a solid Med term
A&E - kinda glad i've got this last - I'm a bit scared of being let loose on ED while I'm still green! This way I'll hopefully learn things and be more confident by the end of the year.

I'm quite pleased with my rotations. I still don't know where I want to go with my career - not even the basic decision of the medicine path or the surgical path. This way at least I'll get half a year of both.

Ok, off to look at BEAUTIFUL pictures of my beautiful new house *squees*
