I'm looking for PhD programs that combine psychology/sociology and film studies. Ultimately, I'd like to make documentaries about social issues and also teach at the academic level. I know of MFA film programs, but I feel like an academic career is more guaranteed with a PhD ( Read more... )

Are there any MA in Sociology programs that do not require a BA in Sociology that you recommend?

I did my BA in Communications. My research interests are more Sociology based. I was thinking of applying to some MA programs in Soc but since I have absolutely NO background in Soc , I've been looking for MA in Sociology programs that do not require a background.
