How much quoting of authors (both criticism and primary texts) is too much in a statement of purpose?  Also, I know any citation method (I'm probably going to use Chicago) is fie as long as I'm consistent, but should I just use in-line citations?  Footnotes or endnotes sound like they'd be a little much, as does a  Works Cited section for a SoP-- ( Read more... )
