Personal Statement vs. Research Statement
Hi everyone!
Several of my history Ph.D. apps are asking for both a personal statement and a research statement. To me this sounds like basically taking my statement of purpose and splitting it up into two documents, but I know there's more to it than that. Does anyone have any advice or resources about what the big differences are between the two documents?
