I would check potential programs and see what their prerequisites are. I assume that many programs/departments list these classes on their websites.

It is definitely possible to get in, but you will need to take the science classes required and ace them. FWIW, I know of people who have gotten into Johns Hopkins for biomedical engineering, for example, after they just took organic chemistry, one year of biology, and math from Calculus through differential equations. They didn't major in this at all, but they did have to do the relevant coursework.

If you want to go the neuro route, then absolutely you will need to take those prerequisite science classes.

So it's cog sci instead of neurosci? And I should choose an interdisicplinary program, like UCSD? Thanks a lot! I originally just planned on doing cog sci as double major/concentration until I learned about Sam Harris mapping the brain in his studies on belief and religion. I thought this was exactly what I wanted to do on spaces. I completely understand contacting profs first. So I should make me statement first before I contact them so I can show them something?
