2 Questions- title, resume
These questions may both seem dumb, but I'm asking anyway:
In your SOP do you refer to faculty you want to work with as Dr. X or Prof. X?
Is it unprofessional/bad practice to have your photo on your academic resume (not attached at the end but in the file as a picture)? I handle a lot of graduate applicant resumes at my job and half have pictures and the others don't. I'm not sure what the standard is.
