Irish and/or Gaelic (Scottish Gaelic) language

Someone mentioned Irish Literature on here. I want to study Ethnomusicology, but I also want to study Gaelic (Scottish) and/or Irish language because this is the area I want to study in Ethnomusicology, specifically the Scottish Puirt-a-beul (mouth music) tradition.

Which schools have these languages available for study as well as a music program? I've found a few, but I'm interested in hearing what people on this list have encountered.
