funding?

I recently was accepted into a third school, and the letter I received didn't mention anything about funding--not even a "sorry we can't offer you any", which is unusual because I had to fill out a separate application at this particular school for a teaching assistantship.

The two other schools I've been accepted to mentioned the funding or lack thereof in their acceptance letter--one couldn't give me any, and the other gave me an assistantship, and sent all that paperwork along with the acceptance. Now, I need the funding information as quickly as possible because this other school wants a decision on April 1st (which I migiht ask to have extended anyway).

So my question is: who do I call and how do I ask? The department's graduate office or the grad administrator for the entire school. And do I ask whether or not funding is offered, or just ask when/how I can expect to hear? Any ideas?
