This is barely appropriate for this community but I'm stuck as to who else to ask since I need this for grad school (other community recommendations as to who might know are welcome too.)
I'm applying for Mideast studies and at some point I need to pick up French. However, I don't need to learn conversational French, and it was mentioned to me that programs/books just to learn French for academics/translation are available and it would save me time and effort just to study what I need for the program.
My googlefu is bad today. Any suggestions on where I could find such a thing?
