What can I say? I am deeply saddened that this is the last bottle in my collection. For it was positively delicious, and exemplified everything a Sauvignon Blanc should be. Truly, a perfect baseline to compare all other SBs with. It has a light touch on the palate, with hints of fruit in the background - nothing overpowering, then a nice but not-overpowering sweetness...a balance so frequently lost with mass production whites.
A dear friend good to know, and I'll be happy to meet again.
