ok, time to go back to breathing through the face mask they provided everyone at work! (one of the many perks of working for the government.) 

for the past two nights i have had a lot of trouble sleeping, which is very uncommon for me. i've been waking up in the middle of the night, having weird dreams (i wouldn't exactly call them nightmares, but they aren't fun), talking in my sleep, and then having a really hard time waking up.  so because of this, i felt sick to my stomach all day ( Read more... )

it's only 8:25 am - it's still early. can i go back home, take a nap, wake up, and start today over?  

i really, really need one.

being so stressed out is having quite the effect on my stomach. it has hurt pretty much non-stop since saturday morning. and it hurt most of last week as well.
