new goal.

new goal: to lift once a week at lunch at the gym here at work. i never do any lifting, and while kickboxing provides a lot of resistance training, its not cutting it lately. i know once a week is kinda lame sounding, but its better than nothing.

by writing it out here, i hope to be held someone accountable. =P
