How to make curds!
Pleasant day :-). Not that I wanted a reason to wake up late than usual, but today is a Saturday and also Karnataka Rajyotsava day. The evening was also bright with good weather.
An interesting observation: Today, I was warming my milk and after a while, put my finger into the bowl of milk. Bingo! it turning into a solid mass while I was looking at it. After some thought, I realized why it could have happened. The deo that I used a while ago had something like "lime fresh" written on it. The whole thing looked tasty, but I did not eat it because there was a warning "for external use only" or something like that on the deo can. The waste basket will not be hungry today.
I went to the office to scan a few pictures (infact, I took more than a few along with me), but the scanner was giving a red tinge to all the photographs. The ones that were bright green did not come out really well either in the final JPGs. I tried fiddling around with the settings for a while and finally gave up. The results with the black and white pictures were good.
I am starting for Chennai in an hour or so, been over an year since I went there, and Bhargava's sister's marriage is a nice excuse. I will be staying with Sharath. Meet or call up Chaita, Pallavi and Dr. Sridharan are on my TODO list. *looking at my clock* The cook isn't here yet. I wanted to have my dinner before I started, but sounds like I'll have to eat the "train meals". I also wanted to give her instructions for Monday, but well ...
