You fall asleep one day, or you're knocked unconscious, or you even blink-
Welcome to Ikebukuro.
When you open your eyes, you're in a crowded city; shops and lights and posters are everywhere. You find something in your lap, it seems to be a small laptop. Upon opening it, it's already at a website and all you see on the screen is a black background with DOLLARS written on it. The password is already in there, just click enter. It's forum, a message board, there's a chat there too. Your username is already set up for you, and your computer stores the password automatically. It seems there's a message for you:
"Dear you,
You've been graciously invited here to the beautiful Ikebukuro. Or perhaps dangerous is the word? Before we get into that, however, I've given you this laptop to use. Don't try to break it, I've made it unbreakable. We've watered down any powers you might have had, anyway. You can use it to access this message board. It's a neutral ground, really. Neutral from what, you ask?
From the color gangs, of course. They've been plaguing this wondrous city of mine. The Yellow Scarves, Blue Squares, Red Words and Green Nights. They want to rule this city. Who will win? I guess that's up to you. You've already been assigned to one of them, the color should be in a box by your username. But that's only for you to see and know. The other gang members might be very ruthless.

A panfandom roleplaying game based off the series Durarara!! Your character arrives in Ikebukuro with only a laptop that connects to the Dollars website. With a message board and chat in it, they will communicate with others and fight in the color gang war that haunts the city.
