No, Placido is not sexually active. But seeing as Lucciano hasn't poked fun of him yet for not getting laid in the past fifty years, he's pretty cool with it.

Placido probably didn't have a very active sex drive during the course of the anime, but I'd imagine that he got a hard-on whenever a plan was going his way and he was feeling particular dominant, like one of those dull aches in your pants that comes as the result of a rushing adrenaline from the swell of victory. In the future, all condoms have been annihilated in the post-apocalyptic world and sex ed classes were replaced by "how to kill a giant mecha 101" classes so no, Placido really doesn't know anything about (safe) sex.

Placido has had many viruses infect his system over the years, but they've all been successfully removed through the use of McAfree.
Personal headcanon theory states that he probably got his girlfriend pregnant, but then she was blown up. It would explain the severity of Aporia's heartbreak and why her death affected him to the point where he asked a robo-fetus to create a physical manifestation of his grief over her.

Uhhhhhh............. he would probably go for girls who have dark hair. And bangs.
Placido doesn't think himself to be sexually attractive as much as he deems his android body as an overall generic form of "perfection" or the "pinnacle of mankind's evolution" although we all know that's just some cock and bull for villainous personality fodder. Working off the fact he seems to be so damned proud of his robotness, Placido holds his "Ultimate Body" (his fusion with T-666) with very high aesthetic regard and will get pissed if someone disses it.
Also, he loves his hood.
14. What about mentally/emotionally? What kind of attitude or personality turns you on? Why? Do you consider your personality attractive?
Somebody feisty and confident and who isn't too immature. High mental strength is a plus, as Placido likes a challenge and it would be all the more satisfying for him when he finally breaks them down.
The alternative is someone who is warm and friendly, and who could ease his loneliness. No one too sappy or girly. A minor tomboy who knows how to fend for herself. (He could probably relate to that growing up in the post-apocalyptic world and all.) Slightly spunky, who occasionally teases him, and has a generally easy-going, open-minded personality... wait, what was the original question again? Turns him on? Eh... the end result of this scenario does eventually lead to sex, I suppose.
When everybody submits to you out of intimidation or the coercion of your sword or will openly defy you no matter what you say, an attractive personality really doesn't play a very big role in getting a mate. The general theme about relationships in Yu-Gi-Oh is that it has less to do with compatible personalities and more to do with "Have I beaten you in a duel yet and converted you to honorary good guys member?" and "the bad guys have convened let's put aside our rocky past and work together for the greater good" AKA Placido could have the eloquence of a God, and dem good guys still wouldn't want to sleep with him.

Placido has the need for domination ingrained within his being and feels the need to control those around him with a pinprick precision. It stems from the feeling of helplessness and despair that his human self suffered through. Being tossed around in the whirlwinds of fate and chaos has hardened him to the point where being control is not only a reflection of his pride, but a reflection of his self-worth.

Uhhhh.... TBH, the sympathetic backstory to Placido's character and the death of his lover (who may or may not even have been his lover) doesn't justify how much of a dick he was to Yuusei and the Signers or the fact he tried to ransack half of the city with army of motorcycle robots. Furthermore, the fact that Placido doesn't show a hint of his seemingly lonely nature or that his actions were possibly motivated by a romantic tragedy gives off the impression the writers were seeing how far they can backpedal without the viewers catching on.

16 or 17 is around the time I envisioned Aporia first met his lover and 18 is probably when he found himself attracted to her. Before then, "Lucciano" AKA kid-driven-mad-by-manslaughter-of-parents was probably too busy grieving over his family's annihilation to grow up like a normal boy with normal urges. PTSD and depression can really kill your libido or so this I heard.

As far as sex is concerned, Placido really doesn't have a strict adhesion to any particular set of morals. His misanthropy definitely doesn't decrease because he meets someone chaste or anything.
As Placido is inherently heterosexual (being the embodiment of despair from losing a female lover and all that), he would probably be disgusted by the broad concept of homosexuality. this doesn't stop me from character-derailing him off the fucking road in museboxes However, considering the fact he most likely spent most of his life surrounded by men and then even more men at his old age, he'd probably be more okay with it if he happened to find out one all of his friends actually participated in homosexual activities.
