01. How has LJ changed your life?
Eh, I wouldn't say it's "changed" my life, per-se, but it has added a great deal to it. It's given me an outlet I wouldn't have otherwise had, allowed me to fangirl like WHOA, and connected me with people I wouldn't have otherwise met. It's fun, and I'm glad it's out there :)
02. What do you do before bedtime?
Check my computer (LJ, email, RSS feeds, etc.), brush teeth and wash face, set my alarm (BOO), and get my stuff ready for the next day (clothes, books, whatever)
03. What are you going to have for dinner tonight?
Whatever I can find in the fridge. LOL!
04. What is the city of your dreams and why?
WOW. That's a big question. I love my city, NYC, but I also love Budapest (Hungary), Xi'an (China), Paris (France), and Birmingham (England). Dream cities to visit: Harare (Zimbabwe), Madagascar, Moscow (Russia).
05. Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
I'm a mix of both; I tend to tell every one exactly how I feel and what I think, but when it comes to the emotional stuff I can't handle, or admitting weakness, I'm an introvert. OR when I'm in social situations I don't understand/have a hard time relating to.
06. Name something you wish you could do in your free time, but don't actually do.
I wish I had more time for art (photography, videography/film, pottery, painting, drawing).
07. Do you trust easily?
Yes. I'm a total optimist when it comes to an individual's good nature. Even though that gets me hurt, I would rather be a disappointed optimist than a non-disappointed realist or jaded individual.
08. What personal belonging do you have with you everywhere you go?
Cell phone. Seriously, I'm addicted, and it's only going to get worse when I get my iPhone on Friday (YAY!!!!) :D
09. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
I've been kind of lonely... I have great family and friends, but I miss one of my best friends and feeling connected to everyone...it'll be ok, though :) I'm doing better.
10. What is your best quality?
While I don't see all of my friends very frequently, whenever they really need me I like to think that I'm here for them and that I can really help them with their problems. Also, I think I'm rather good at analytic writing and analysis/understanding complex situations.
11. Do you plan on changing questions in this meme, or are you too lazy for that?
Unless I really hate one, I won't change any.
12. How do you see yourself?
This was one of the ones I hate. Let's change it to... Do you shop in person or online? I like to buy stuff online because it helps me avoid interacting with stupid people, but I like to browse and buy stuff in malls when I can just walk around by myself. Also, I like to buy stuff in person when I travel, it helps me remember the experience. :)
13. Who are currently the most important people to you?
I won't list my closest friends, but my family and friends mean a great deal to me. They know who they are, and that's what's important. :)
14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
OK, changing that to the following, because it makes no grammatical sense. Briefly describe the personality of the person by whom you were tagged.
BJ is incredibly loving, but needs to learn how to love herself. She is kind, artistic, creative, imaginative, and open to new ideas--unless that idea is the fact that she has those characteristics! Ironic, yes? LOL
15. Would you rather be single and rich or married and poor?
Assuming that the marriage is a happy one with tons of love, married and poor.
16. How many children do you want to have, if any?
I'd like to have at least one child at some point, but we'll see what happens, I'm only 22! LOL
17. What's better, to give or to receive?
Giving is receiving--so, really, I like both. :)
18. If you fall in love with two people simultaneously, which one would you pick?
I don't think it's possible to really fall in love with two people at the same time, so if I thought that were the case, I'd know that I really didn't love either as much as I thought I did. Thus, I'd choose neither, and take some time off to think.
19. Would you have 100% safe sex with a stranger for $10,000,000?
Hell yeah!!! I'd do it for a hell of a lot less!!! LOL!
20. What were your parents going to name you if you were born the opposite gender?
They weren't! They knew my sex before choosing a name. An alternative girl name, though, was "Whitney Blake." GROSS!!! LOL!
In other news, I finished NCIS. LOVE that series, but for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, the team BETTER be back together next season or I will SERIOUSLY be pissed off. LOL!
