So I started making an early period hood today.  It will mainly be worn with my viking garb, but you never know.  It may pass for other times as well.

It should reach over my shoulders with a bit of a cape.  Red wool (same wool as my caftan) lined with a yard dyed linen in greys, blues and light browns.  I'm handsewing this one.
