The Apartment Above the Boards, Tuesday Evening
Jono had spent the majority of his day after his broadcast and his trip to the Perk just sleeping. The last week had been tiring at best, and he hadn't done much in the way of sleeping through the whole ordeal. Or eating. Or anything that wasn't horribly draining in one capacity or another.
But he was expecting company for tea tonight (which amused him on some level, as he didn't personally actually care for tea), and so he'd hauled himself off of the sofa that comfort forgot, made his way to the kitchen, and put the kettle on. Raven would be here soon to discuss whatever it was she had been asking to talk about since they'd run into one another in the corridors of the dungeon, and so being awake and at least somewhat functional was probably the best plan.
Now if only he could cross the kitchen to pull out things like tea and mugs and sugar and the like without tripping on the cat that was winding between his ankles underfoot.
"Joni, I missed you too, but stop that."
