I made a jersey t-shirt-topped dress with a full circle skirt entirely without any kind of pattern, just by marking my measurements onto fabric. Hooo-ha. It fits pretty well. I might decorate it, though, as the plain fabric is a bit unsettling.

Got fed up with being stuck behind a sex scene on my stupid erotica story so I skipped over it and wrote the rest of the story and now I just need to finish the stupid sex scene and then make someone edit it.

The idea I had for the fanfic is, however, going to vanish on me before I get this story finished, I think I may just skip over everything and begin work on the stuff for the NaNoNovel and editing The Circle straight away? I don't really know what to do.

I don't work Mondays any more, in a vague effort to get more done from my to-do list, but my to-do list grows exponentially.

Began work on the massive chain overskirt thing now that I've found and bought (and am waiting on the delivery of) all the right connectors for it. It will either look pretty impressive or a complete waste of time and money.

The parachute dress predictably turned out to be the latter. I finished it, but there isn't enough cord (twelve metres is not enough cord?) and I just became disillusioned and fed up with it.

Speaking of disillusioned and fed up: man, I am never publishing another book or sending them to agencies ever again. I will keep writing & editing them, but I am so going the John Kennedy Toole route; fuck the public, I will keep all these things in a drawer in my house and when I am dead people can determine for themselves whether it is worth the hassle of reading what I've left, because they sure as shit do not care now.
